Jason Putnam Gordon

Jason Putnam Gordon is a dynamic, results-oriented emerging growth and venture capital attorney. Jason’s passion is working with entrepreneurs and executives to bring their visions into reality. In his practice, he regularly represents venture investors and companies throughout their lifecycle. His matters involve venture capital financings, strategic corporate relationships, corporate formation, complex mergers and acquisitions, sales, and divestitures. Jason regularly works in wide array of verticals including consumer goods, artificial intelligence, video games, software, hardware, MedTech, and agricultural technology.

Graduating magna cum laude in 2005 from the Villanova University School of Law, Jason initially clerked in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Upon completing his clerkship in 2007, Jason joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, Professional Corporation as an associate in Palo Alto, California. Since then, Jason has been in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, most recently as an Emerging Growth and Venture Capital Group partner at K&L Gates LLP in San Francisco.

Outside of the office, Jason has a passion for indoor body flight and his family.
