Rob Buccieri

Rob helps entities and individuals resolve difficult disputes.  Whether as a mediator or advocate, Rob’s goal is to solve problems and help companies and people move forward with what they do best.   

He is a Partner and Chair of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group and a member of its Professional Responsibility and Risk Management Practice Group. He guides clients through complex commercial and business litigation, whether that is negotiating the best resolution or taking the case to trial, Rob is adept at assessing the primary stumbling blocks and developing a path to resolution.

He has a wealth of experience in complex litigation including commercial, corporate, real estate, construction, financial services, and professional liability. In the past 20 years he has been the trusted advisor of companies and professionals from a multitude of disciplines including architects, engineers, contractors, real estate brokers, insurance brokers, financial service providers and lawyers. Rob has litigated matters in state and federal courts as well as administrative tribunals including state licensing boards and FINRA. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States Supreme Court and federal courts in Northern California and Colorado.

Rob is recognized as a Super Lawyer, a designation conferred on less than 5% of attorneys statewide.  He regularly speaks and presents topics pertaining to mediation, indemnity, risk management and dispute avoidance ranging from professional responsibility to financial services compliance. Rob serves as a panel arbitrator for FINRA and mediator for the Bar Association of San Francisco and California Association of Realtors.

Prior to law school, Rob was a successful entrepreneur and licensed broker for Merrill Lynch.  In his spare time, he spends time in the mountains or on a beach with his wife, three kids and their trusted canine.
